The Innomotics 1LE0 Series of low-voltage, 3-phase asynchronous motors are designed for general-purpose use. They feature a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) housing with IP55 environmental protection, making them suitable for a wide variety of applications. These motors comply with international standards such as ISO, IEC, and GB.
The 1LE0 Series motors are engineered for constant or adjustable speed with continuous duty operation (S1), covering a broad speed range and providing reliability and efficiency in industrial settings.
Frame Material: Grey cast iron or aluminum.
Standard Color: Stone grey (RAL 7030).
Rated Power Output: From 0.55 kW to 315 kW at 50 Hz.
Pole Configurations: Available in 2, 4, and 6 poles (0.75 kW and up).
Efficiency: IE3 efficiency class (according to IEC 60034-30).
Design: Compact, optimized construction that reduces space requirements.
Mounting: Standard mounting options (IM B3, IM B5, IM B35, etc.) according to IEC 60034-7.
Protection: IP55 protection level (IEC 60034-5), suitable for challenging environments.
Re-Greasing Devices: Available as standard for FS1) 280–355; optional for FS100–250.
Bearings: Reinforced bearings for FS100–355 motors for higher cantilever forces.
Winding Protection: Options for PTC, PT100, and KTY84-130 temperature sensors for optimal protection.
Terminal Box: Standard position on top with cable entry on the right side (viewed from the driven end). Custom configurations available.
Insulation: Designed for temperature class 155 (F), but can operate under temperature class 130 (B) at rated output.
Cooling: Self-ventilated with radial-flow fans (IC411, according to IEC 60034-6). Forced-air cooling with external fans is available.
Eyebolts: FS80–90 motors do not have eyebolts. FS100–355 motors are equipped with two eyebolts for easy lifting.
Protection: IP55 (IEC 60034-5).
Altitude: Suitable for use up to 1000 meters above sea level (IEC 60034-1).
Temperature Range: Designed for ambient temperatures between -20°C and 40°C (IEC 60034-1).
Humidity Conditions:
-20°C ≤ T ≤ 20°C: 100% relative humidity.
20°C < T ≤ 30°C: 95% relative humidity.
30°C < T ≤ 40°C: 55% relative humidity.
